Herbal Consultations
An Herbal Consultation begins with an informational form detailing your diet and health concerns. I can mail or email the form before the first visit. Although the form is short it is helpful to fill it out at home.
During the first visit we decide together what herbs and foods would be appropiate for your health concerns and what herbal preparations would fit into your lifestyle.
The first visit usually is over 1 hour because I explain exactly how to prepare herbs in the proper manner.
Herbal Consultation: $60.00
I carry most of the herbs and herbal formulas I recommend. I make individual herbal mixtures for my clients. I carry high quality organic herbs from companies that I consider ethical and safe.

Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly can help many health problems in a natural way, a type of preventative maintenance. Reflexology is a serious advance in the health field and should not be confused with massage.
The idea behind Reflexology is not new- in fact, it was practiced as early as 2330 B. C. by the Egyptain culture. Eunice Ingham published her book, "Stories the Feet Can Tell/Have told thru Reflexology on Reflexology" in 1938. She was a pioneer in the reflexology field in this country. Reflexology is practiced throughout the world. It helps reduce stress and normalize body functions.

I have studied many types of energy medicine systems. Reiki, Pranic Healing, Donna Eden Techniques, Matrix Energetics and Reconnection Healing. I use the Reconnection Healing because it is simple and works well. It seems to move an unbalanced situations into a more balanced way for the client.
Reconnection Healing
Reconnection System of healing consists of two different types of energy work.
Reconnection Healing is a process in which the practitioner brings light and information into the healing session and that is transmitted to the client. This has the effect of shifting information or instruction sets that the body already uses and changing this information into a more desirable outcome. This is healing for the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual bodies that we inhabit.

Reconnection Healing sessions last 45 minutes. Dress comfortably. You are fully clothed, shoes off, resting on a padded massage table.
