6 Week Herbal Class on Wednesday Nights – March/April 2010

Class One:  Introduction to using plants as  medicines.  Herbs  for everyday nutritional needs.  All about herbal preparation- Infusions, Decoctions, Syrups, Tinctures, Oils, Salves

Class Two:  Herbs for the Digestion System

Class Three:  Herbs for the Nervous System

Class Four:  Herbs for Cold and Flu Season

Class Five:  Herbs and Herbal Products  for Healthy Skin (depending on what we make; additional fee for supplies)

Class Six: Wrap up and  Gardening, Harvesting, Storing plants from your gardens.

This is a hands on workshop. We taste and and make everything in class.  Its fun and gives you information you will use daily.  I have been teaching and using herbs for over 20 years.
