I provide a workbook that I have complied over the 20 years I have been teaching. It is composed of different sections: Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition, Herbal Preparations, Herbal Materia Medica, History, Botany, Gardening, Herbal Recipes, Plant Spirit Medicine, and an Herbal Glossary. My interests is in plant nutrition and the plants that keep us healthy everyday.
